The Guardian Program spans all aspects of our operations, from product development to sales, and includes collaboration with retail partners to strengthen on-site identification measures and explore advanced solutions such as facial-recognition-enabled vending systems.

Guardian Program Initiatives

ALEROXY products are intended only for adult smokers and vapers. They are not suitable for non-smokers, non-vapers, or underage individuals, and are strictly controlled to prevent misuse.

We support effective legislation and regulatory measures aimed at preventing underage access to and use of our products.

Our product packaging includes a clear nicotine warning label stating:

“This product contains nicotine. Nicotine is an addictive chemical.”

We market our products responsibly and adhere to strict internal guidelines to ensure that all materials are directed exclusively toward adult smokers and vapers.

We do not use cartoons, youth-oriented celebrities, or models under the age of 25 in our marketing materials. We also avoid portraying lifestyle activities that may particularly appeal to youth audiences.

All marketing materials include the following elements:

• A health warning (voluntarily included even in regions where not legally required)
• The Guardian Program logo
• A statement indicating that our products are intended only for existing adult smokers and vapers

ALEROXY‘s official websites are age-restricted to prevent minors from accessing or purchasing our products online.

Technology Integration

We leverage advanced technology to strengthen the effectiveness of the Guardian Program.

ALEROXY devices may be integrated with mobile applications that require users to complete age verification before activation. Devices remain locked until verification is successfully completed.

Once connected, users can manage device access, including disabling usage to prevent unauthorized operation.

In certain markets, we are exploring advanced retail technologies such as vending machines equipped with age-recognition capabilities to further restrict underage access.

Partner Responsibility

We actively promote the Guardian Program among our stakeholders and business partners to maximize its impact.

We educate our commercial partners on implementing age-restriction measures and responsible sales practices.

Our reseller agreements include monitoring mechanisms and penalties for non-compliance with underage sales restrictions.
